Pokerstars homegame page

Hi all,
I opened Stars this morning and got the page below, when I went to the help section basically got the same error. Anyone else having this issue? Does anyone have an email to contact them?

I hope it's the usual stupid bugs which are ongoing at PS. For example chests won't open...

Worked on mobile though. Have you tried it from your phone?

I just opened PS and it worked normally for me

Hi Nicole, I have issues with it loading all the time too, sometimes I have to log out and log back in for it to load properly. I find it helps to go there immediately when I log in if I want to sign up for a tournament.

Will try the phone, although I hate playing on my phone, but will have to if I can't get the homegames to open...Ugh
I did find an email address, lets see if I get a response in the next century.

You should be able to register from your phone and play on PC.
Once you're registered it will also open from the Desktop App

Homegames open on phone, but shows I am not registered in any clubs...which is incorrect. It does show some homegames but not who they belong to. I was able to register for one just to see if it worked.

Couldn't they come up with a better "Error message"? A page that does not exist???????????

so whole portions of their faq are just blank lol, anyway you can email support@starsaccount.com ...

Yeah, but that doesn't explain the problem with the PokerStars Home Games not showing.

...no, wasn't referring to that, the home games not showing is yet another lovely pokerstars glitch with home games...

Oh! I see. Yes, I have come across that. But I think, for you and I at least, the issue is that we are in the US. We are blocked because of our geo-location. I can find these pages on the main site if I use a VPN from a location where they have a license. If you notice, if you try to go to a pokerstars.com address it redirects to pokerstars.bet.

However, having said that, I do see now that the help page appears to be fixed as well as a number of other pages that I used to not be able to access.

one state was allowed for the time

They often have maintenance work, this is normal, just refresh the page.
