Hey everyone.
I had a pokerstars account many years ago and recently started laying again. Because of the changes I regulations my account only worked on pokerstars.com and because I'm UK based it wouldn't let me log in to play.
So I set up another account from the UK and this worked fine for a day but they then froze that account.
I emailed them and was told it was due to having multiple accounts. I tried explaining but the didn't reply too the emails.
So I logged into the website on my original account using a VPN (I know, I know) and spoke to them on the chat to explain. The guy was very good and accommodating. He said I couldn't play using a VPN and told him I know I had no intention of doing that, but it was the only way I could access the chat help. Anyway long story short he helped my migrate my original account to the UK.
When I did this I had to log off and on for it to activate and when I did that, my account was locked in the UK.
So now I can no longer get in nor access the chat function. I've sent them several emails and also submitted an online form but they never rely and it's been over a week.
SOOOO, anyone know of a contact number for them so I can try to talk to someone? I've saw on some other threads on here people telling others to call them up but I cannot find a number anywhere for them.
