Pokerbros Club Chaos-need help

I skeptically joined Pokerbros a couple of years ago through someone I didn't really know, though he was recommended to me. I knew I was taking a chance since I had no idea who I was dealing with, but decided to take the risk knowing I would never deposit anything large enough to break me. I started with a club called Team Legion in the Pan Am union. The club grew pretty quickly and I eventually got passed off to a second agent, due to the rapid growth I was told. So now I'm with an agent who I absolutely have no idea who he is. Things are going just fine with my new agent and nothing really changes from one agent to the next. One day without warning, club Team Legion just vanishes. I get in touch with my agent, who then tells me that the club was part of some type of scandal, but my money is safe. He explains that he can cash me out or I can join another club that he is in called Club Chaos. Since my agent had always been pretty much perfect so far, I stuck with him and joined Club Chaos. Which happened to be in the same union, so it was pretty much the same as before. I've said all of this to explain how me and my agent came to be. Now for my real question.

I recently contacted my agent through facebook, which is the only way I know how to contact him. I just sent him a message about inquiring about and other clubs he may be in on any other Apps. It's been a couple of days now with no response. I still have money in Club Chaos, but I'm afraid that something may have happened to my agent. He's always responded quickly any time I've ever messaged him. Is there anything that can be done if something major happened to him?

I guess this is the downside to playing on Pokerbros. You have to put all of your trust in one single person. If something happens to that one person, like jail, hospitalization, or death. You are just SOL.

Some clubs show contact info, but unfortunately Club Chaos does not. I've even google searched them and could find nothing but one lonely site that had them listed as a top 25 club in the panam union, but that is all I could find.

That's unfortunate. There is always the chance they are away for a short time, as Debi mentioned.

Depositing 10BI at max would usually solve such problems.

No. It's been a couple of weeks now with no response from my agent. I guess I will have to consider it a loss. It was just a couple of hundred, so not devastating. Sucks that I can still play there, but wouldn't be able to cash out so there is no point. I hope my agent is ok. This is definitely a problem with these club apps. If something happens to your agent, like jail, death, or just decides to skip town. You just lost your money.

I just simply tried reaching out to my agent once more and he immediately responded. Said he must have missed my last message.
