Poker Stars login problem

Hi guys, is there something wrong with poker stars software today? I can not log in into my account, they say Password doesn't match. I know I type the correct password, no doubts. I also tried to use the option "forgot password" and follow the instructions, until step that says to check email for reset the password. But I never got any email, i tried it couple times already, and doesn't work.
Does anybody have this same problem? I am using PS for windows on my laptop.
It happened about 12 hours ago and I still can not play poker...
Any ideas what is it?

I don't know what the password problem is...

I do know that I've had problems with my connectivity with Poker Stars Servers since Sunday, its been so bad I've emailed them twice over and getting them to investigate with the Network traffic reports I've included and the screen shots of the IP's dropping data packets between my Network Hub and their servers... hmmm sorry to hear your problem

I've used the Poker Stars secondary security measure which requires inputting a Pin after login... its been great to use and they wouldn't have the extra measures if they weren't sure they should be used... give it some thought, nothing wrong with extra security unless you're a hacker lol...

I just tried to open a new account as a new user, with new email and nickname, and still have this same problem on this new account. Maybe the IP address or my location cause this problem ...
I just email them, waiting for replay. Good idea with the second security pin, maybe it will help to avoid this kind of problems in the future.
Now I am wondering, how long it takes them to answer the email...

Bad idea. You can't have more than one account. If you've done the same thing before that would probably be the reason you can't log in.

Try contacting the support team. There may be many reasons, such as the wrong email address.

You say you're playing on your laptop. Download the application on your phone and try to log in there.

Write to the support service! they all give all the answers to your questions, albeit not so quickly, but everything will be clear right away.

It’s windows based laptops. Sometime you can’t even find and download the pokerstars App.. they try to get you to download Microsoft poker game. They are blocking you from logging in. I’m have the same problem. No problem on my iphone logging in just on HP laptop. Gates is a whack job control freak

poker sites are very interested in people being able to play poker from any device and therefore if someone has such problems it is almost always temporary

Olá pessoal, há algo errado com o software do Poker Stars hoje? Não consigo fazer login na minha conta, eles dizem que a senha não confere. Sei que digitei a senha correta, sem dúvidas. Também tentei usar a opção "esqueci a senha" e seguir as instruções, até o passo que diz para verificar o e-mail para redefinir a senha. Mas nunca recebi nenhum e-mail, já tentei algumas vezes e não funciona.
Alguém tem o mesmo problema? Estou usando PS para Windows no meu laptop.

Good morning, my friend, I recently had the same problem, except that in my case, I changed my password and couldn't remember it.

When I try to reset my password using the link they send to my email, the link doesn't open and the screen goes completely black.

The solution is to contact them via live chat, explain the situation and say that it's not possible to access the link to reset my password.

The live chat representative will give you the support email and will ask you to send photos of your ID document. You will have to write the date of the day you are sending the photos on a piece of paper and take a selfie, showing your face, your ID document and the date.

They will take a few days to respond and if the photos are clear, they will send you a temporary password by email, with which you can log in and change to a new password.
