Hi Gritz... Coinpoker works in a similar way in theory.

But I really like the idea of poker rooms being controlled in some way (in terms of the platform) by the players themselves. Great!

I was traveling while using that weed I like... I always thought about developing rooms that would definitely bring active players as practically partners, which could shape the future of the game.

And I confess that I really like the platform!

I haven't played much because I don't have a balance there... And the freerolls aren't always interesting. There are practically some with payouts in tickets, but there has been some with $100 in cash for a while.

From time to time, they do offer freerolls with great payouts there!

I had some money in Phenom when launched. I liked it the 1-2 weeks I paid. Only had cash tables and really low player count. Transfered my money too GG to play. I'll likely return to Phenom when they add MTT's which is suppose to be in Dec sometime last I heard.

They had a few bugs on launch and little issues to work out. That and low player count were the biggest cons for me.

The good things. Seemed like all great Admins as someone was always available for support(discord) and they had a very personal touch. Ex. Depositing. Most noobs needed personal 1 on 1 directions and help so they didn't get the crypto deposits wrong and lost their money. Phenom provided great 1 on 1 support for that. It was a lot easier then I expect(crypto noob here). Support was quick, always helpful and easy to get hold of. Reminded me of pokerstars support 20+ years ago. Good stuff in my small sample size of 1-2 weeks.

Deposits and withdraws were done within seconds from the site to the crypto wallet exchange and extremely cheap.

Admins in the 1-2 weeks I played as I said was always around fixing things, taking suggests and was working on the site on the fly as we played no issues no problems playing while they did things they could in the background. Liked their overall KYC approach. And overall love the idea of a player owned site and voting on things.

Looking forward to checking there MTT's when they launch as that's more what I like to play.

Not many players on Coinpoker according to Pokerscout. In comparison PokerStars has 55.500 players in average. As of now 34 players are playing on Coinpoker.

I don't really trust new websites. In my opinion, it is better to play on old, time-tested, reliable and safe ones. In any case, everything will depend on your skills, experience and luck. If your skills, experience and luck generally allow you to make money, then you can make money on any site, and obviously reliable and safe sites are better for such activities
