PartyPoker Confiscated Money From My Account

Party Poker has recently confiscated my money from my online account. After endless claims always the same answers "suspicious activity" and infringing the general conditions numbering different articles. After more than 20 years of playing in this poker room I am disappointed. The first time something like this happens to me !!! Ask the community if they have ever confiscated money from a Party Poker account or other known poker rooms?

This is very serious. If you have not really broken any rules, you should insist and continue to report the facts to partypoker support. GL

What is not serious about party poker is the way they have to contact the client. They don't call you on the phone. Try to do it myself, never being able to contact me. Now with the Covid-19 neither the chat channels work. They only send you an email with the usual description. The Party Poker team should take note of this.

Ugh... sounds terrible. Try to document as much as you can.

Do you know if they have customer support here, or on 2+2 or reddit? I'd be posting on those sites (and any other social media you use) to try to get the attention of someone that can fix the issue.

Wow 20 years. Whats suspicious, did you start winning or something? Bad joke. I really hope you get it sorted out and follow up with us on what happened.

Try contacting through live chat as they are poor at responding to emails.

There are currently no phone calls due to the current circumstances
Our teams are working around the clock to support an increased number of incoming contact from players
Please bear in mind, we also have staff isolating or sick
The player chat support does work - yes it can take a little time to get through, but it is running Email is also an option and should be answered within 72 hours
If the account is closed, you need to speak to the relevant department
They will have emailed their decision when the account was closed - you can reach out and reply to the email or send a new mail to info@partypoker.com
Please ensure any emails are sent from the registered email address

Live chat says that by covid19 available from 1300 to 1700 pm but nothing. It is cut.
