Good day everyone.,., i just want to share my experience on claiming my prize in 888poker.,., I won a iphone8 (silver) in the tournament called iGoodies free tournament.,., first I email the 888pokersupport for my prize then the automation reply.,., after several days the pokerteam reply and teach me how to claim my prize.. my prize is ship in FEDEX to my country,., Oct 10, 2019 the support team said that my items is already ship and wait for 28 working days to claim it.. after amonth theres no items deliver to me then i send email to 888poker support., they said to me that call the FEDEX and track my item(s).. the 888poker team give the shipment tracking #. after that i call FEDEX but sad to say the FEDEX personel said that my item is gone they fullrefund it to the person that send the item.,., then i sent another email again to 888poker support then i tell what happen.,., they reply that allow they 3 working days to have an info about my prize but until now no email sent to me.. I tell 888poker support if theres any option to claim my prize or exchage it equevalent bankroll and sent to my account.. .,., if possibly 888poker agree to exchange my prize to equevalent bankroll prize and transfer to my account in 888poker.??

I'm sorry, I put on your shoes, I happened to me it is that my articles stolen at the airport when arriving to my country everything is chaos here. I hope people 888poker give a good solution for you. Regards.

In 2015 I placed 3rd in Igoodies and won an Apple ipad. I mailed to 888 that I need an equivalent amount as bankroll as I would have to pay 100% custom duty on iPad.
888 credited $550 into my account in 3 days.
Once there was a merchandise tourney on 888 and top 50 were suppose to get the merchandise.
I won twice and won 2 888 T-SHIRTS. One was delivered successfully and the 2nd one was lost in transit.

You must mail to 888 and inform that you have not got the item. Ask 888 to get that item back as it has not delivered yet. Do ask to get the receipt of the delivery if FedEx fail to provide the item back to 888.

1000 bucks is not a big issue for the 888. There might be a Custom related problem.

Just stick to your issue. Either you will get your product or a monetary compensation.

thanks..,., i hope i can claim my reward.,., i always mail the 888 to get the item and they said that wait 3 days for this matter.,., now its almost 6th days or 5th days but the 888 team is not replying to my email.. hope that everything is ok so that i can claim my prize.. if the item(s) is hard to deliver to my country i ask the team to transfer it to bankroll but until now i wont get an email to 888teamsupport..

Woow that really sucks. I played in that tournament too but failed before the prizes. Only 10 places paid and a quick structure means you had to have insane luck to win that iphone8 and now this fail. Hope you get it or at least a compensation in your account.

thanks!! before i play that tournament i watch the video about poker and the man said in the video,., "if you do correcly in playing poker you'll never lose".. hahaha then i apply what i've learn to poker game.. and yes i win not because only of luck but because i followed the right poker play.. thanks to that video

If I were you I would exchange the iphone for the real money in your account.You can withdraw and buy one cheaper and save money for a celebration.
