Issue with Black Chip Poker's Spin to Get In

Hey everyone,

I ran into a serious issue with Black Chip Poker’s Spin to Get In feature, and I’m hoping to get some advice or hear if anyone else has experienced this.

Over the weekend, I hit four separate three-of-a-kind results while playing Spin to Get In, which (according to their own rules) should have won me entries into these tournament

$10,000 guarantee tournament-11 $ buy in

$15,000 guarantee tournament- 88$ buy in

$8 million guarantee tournament- 2500$ buy In


Despite this, I never received my entries. Their rules clearly state that landing three of a kind guarantees a seat, and there is no mention of any additional conditions or system limitations.

I contacted support, and they reviewed my account. They said their system “did not register my win”, so they would not be crediting me. However:

I have screenshots and video proof showing that I landed three of a kind.

Their own policy says that if you don’t receive an entry, you should contact support (which I did).

The reels start on separate cards, making it impossible to “pre-set” a win.


I’ve asked them to show me any rule that justifies denying my entries, but they’ve now closed the matter and refuse to escalate further.

Has anyone else run into this issue? Should I escalate this to the Malta Gaming Authority (their likely regulator)? Any advice would be appreciated.

I wonder why you would not include video proof if you have it?....,

in any case Black Chip Poker is licensed in Curacao for france, The netherlands and the US👍

Thank you and update on this issue. Blackchip is only responding to my email with repetitive response emails stating they will respond within 24 hrs. This has been happening for we days so I sent a final email giving them the chance to do the right thing before I go to Caracao e- gaming who issues the license they hold as well as several other reputable sites such as ggpoker,coin poker and America's card room just to name a few. I'm not getting my hopes up but at least their governing Body is duty bound to investigate claims of impropriety especially since this could have possibly involved hundreds of thousands of dollars possibly more.as far as the proof I thought I posted mine but I will post again. . My apologies

That's probably what will be said after all is said and done . I was speaking of potential losses. Just the venom alone could have been 1.8 million if I by extreme luck won but I wasn't given the chance, even though by all the rules of the spin to get in ,I should have gained entry. Not even including the other 3 tournaments which could have amounted to thousands. Plus you have the actual experience of playing in such a large scale tournament,the time I've spent trying to get them to honor their own game. You know it's not easy to get them to acknowledge that they are possibly in the wrong and I'm not sure they even will. I've spent a great deal of time and endured much frustration doing this but I think it's the right thing to do. I never bitch moan or complain about the runner runner inside str8 bad beats I get I just shake it off and keep playing because I have a passion for the game and have had one since I played my first.hand over 20 years ago. However if I do win then I expect to receive my winnings and in these few cases they have taken my money,time and opportunity and I didn't get to see the 1st card. If I don't do something then it could happen again or maybe to you or the next guy. I get it that they hear complaints and have people try to get over in one way or the other all the time but that's not me and I've never said anything before now. To be told that I don't get what I clearly won by the house because of a glitch on their end does not work for me and even if I never get pennie one I promise when all is said and done they will know I'm not going to just bend over and get violated without giving them a nosebleed lol. Honestly man I just want to play in the venom and take my shot. You know their main sponsor was not expected to do what he did but Chris Moneymaker got entry into the wsop by a series of satellites,much like I could have ,and beat the odds so why not me. I have won tournaments on that site with larger contestant pools. I've won a tournament that started with 1200 plus entries and I don't even know how many rebuys so I don't doubt my ability I just want my shot. Sorry for being so long winded but right now it's still a sore spot for me.

Did you review your Financial History, it should list the number of spins in 'Money Out' column and the amount of MTT Buyin won in 'Money IN' column?
