next time be smarter and more cunning - learn from your mistakes
Intuition is the most important thing when playing poker

you don't play poker against children , but against cunning, hardened, experienced, wild, hungry wolves
What a trick, I've been in poker for almost 30 years, after a card on the river, you are powerless, you better learn yourself, if I have a straight or a flush, what do you think I should fold this card?

You probably haven't lost with a quad yet, you have four 5's and your opponent has four 10's.

does it happen to you every day?
try to remember a time when you won the pot with a hand
for example you had 88 but your opponent had AA and the flop was KQ8 turn 10 river 7 -if the game is very important and valuable then expect such combinations and you will not lose

Of course, it could happen that, for example, your opponent might have QQ or KK, but that's poker - 88vsAA (KQ 8 10 7 )
theoretically in poker someone can always have something better (except for those cases when you have got the best)

experience is that no professional (even the best) can always guarantee a place in the final

I'm sorry but how is that suppose to work?
He saw some recent changes but did not really bother to read about the details and thought its also worth a (wrong) forum post.

I think this is what he wanted to tell us.

This is not always the case. Sometimes your opponents make really bad choices and put their stacks in with really bad odds but win. You do not need to be smarter if you make the right play but lose anyway. You can only be a 100% if your have a nut hand but you cannot only play nut hands.

ok, if everything is done correctly, but it's still lost, then you don't need to cry and complain because it's too late to change something in that specific situation

Who is crying and complaining? I am not referring to a specific hand or a hand I have lost or moaning about a bad beat. I stated you cannot assume the loser made a mistake just because they lost which is what you are doing. This is a basic view of poker and doe not reflect the game. What is important is making the right choice not whether the hand wins or loses which is part of the game.

Please read peoples answers more carefully before being insulting or just try not to insult. I do not think you answer is appropriate to what I have written which is in no way nsulting.
