Image not supported in WPT how to solve this problem?

I created an artificial intelligence image with Microsoft's to place in the WPT perfil and when I upload the image to my profile a message appears saying "incompatible image"
I would like to know why this happens, is there a size or format of specific image to upload to the profile, does anyone have any idea what could be happening?

1. Check Supported Image Formats​

• (e.g., PNG, JPEG).
• Convert your image to a compatible format if needed.

2. Verify Dimensions and Size Limits​

• WPT Poker might restrict image dimensions or file size. Resize the image to common dimensions like 500x500px and keep it under 1MB.

....sometimes the poker site itself is the best source of info, but yeah check if your image matches the sites requirements👍...

It is not clear why you need this, it is better to upload an animal, a cat or a dog.Changing formats won't help here.
