I can't log into pokerstars

I had this problem for more than three days, I sent a lot of messages to pokerstars to restore access, but I received no response. What to do about it?

finally they answered me after so much time, I am very glad that I sent a message through a poker room - full tilt, otherwise I would wait for a week.

j have the same problem but can't find any way to contact them except through the help center which is no help at all since it requires me to lot in, which is my problem. How did you get through to them?

They typically do that on a wednesday, and usually it lasts for 5-6 hours. Just try to log on again later like maybe after 4 pm CET.

If tournaments are cancelled on any site, affected players will automatically be compensated according to the sites cancellation policy, and there is no need to contact support.

I think in the past when stars was doing a maintenance , you could still play at their games , or some of them . Now you are unable to log in , like on ACR when they also do maintenance. I wonder why this happens nowadays

Is it really that important? Cant we all just do something else for 5 hours once per month?

After the latest update I can actually play for real money on there even though my IP number still shows I am from Toronto. I sure hope they actually finally fixed this problem and I don't have to spend hours unplugging my router and modem and plugging back in in the hopes I get an IP number from somewhere other than Ontario. I guess time will tell but I am sure hoping because I have almost used up my cell phone data for the month and still 10 days to go. Why my ISP provider can not give me a static IP number from where I am from which is Saskatchewan is a whole other issue. Lately it seems that 95 percent of the randomly assigned IP numbers I get are from Ontario.
