For example, I win 50,000 and decide not to play poker for 1 or 5 years, but I also don't want to withdraw the money because the bailiffs can take it because I owe.I don't want money in my bank account.
How long can money stay in my poker account without playing poker?
And are there any other ways to get money, for example, by coming to the office of a poker site?

I would generally recommend paying what you owe.

Having money sitting doing nothing in a poker account for several years is almost pointless in my opinion, there's other places it would earn a higher rate of return. You're getting 0.00% on a reasonable sum of money if it's just parked in a poker account. You would more often than not be much better off withdrawing, paying what you owe and investing your winnings in something else like a business or the stock market. You could also keep playing if you're a profitable poker player.

Once you're a winning player you can do some tax arbitraging, lots of European players go to the UK or austria because they have favorable tax regulations with regards to gambling winnings but that's a decision you would only want to make once you were profitable and able to cover living expenses while playing full time.

Hope this helps answer your question,

Most sites will consider an account inactive and potentially close it down, if you dont log on with some regularity like at least once a year. So at least do that and then also play a few hands at a cash table, so there has been activity. But its really not a great idea to have money sitting in an inactive poker account. Sites can go bust, your account can get hacked, or you can forget your logon credentials.

My main question is - can I receive my money in a different way than just one option where it is only credited to my bank account
Yes, the title was different, but the main idea was given in my first description

Mi pregunta principal es: ¿puedo recibir mi dinero de una manera diferente a la única opción donde solo se acredita en mi cuenta bancaria?
Sí, el título era diferente, pero la idea principal estaba dada en mi primera descripción.
I don't understand why you don't ask all these questions to PS technical support. No one will give you a more accurate answer than them. These posts are already boring.

I will ask them too but first I have to win 50,000

I trust cardschat, that's why I also wrote it here, maybe someone likes it!

The reason I don't ask poker sites such questions is to avoid creating suspicion, unnecessary misunderstandings and additional attention to my account with a negative attitude

Depends what you consider as "different way"

e-wallets still exist though. And if you would "need" money appear in your bank account instead you can always open some bank account abroad and then divert money there ?!?

E: And when it comes to that last sentence in OP then poker site´s offices surely dont operate like your typical bank ...

I don't think there are many withdrawal methods, but you can discuss them with representatives of the poker site. I think the option of withdrawing funds in cash is not realistic. As for how long the money can be stored, I think each site has its own terms and conditions. For example, I have money on my account at GG Poker, but I haven't played there for more than a year, but my money is still there, I checked it.

A small amount of money can be in a poker account even for 5 years - I checked it myself because when I was in prison in England for 5 years I could not play poker, but I had 50 cents left in my poker account.

Five years later when I got out of jail my 50 cents were still in my account but would the same have happened if I had 2K ?

Good to hear that you no longer are a jailbird. Hope it goes well for you. As for money on the pokerstars account I’ve had funds there for some 20 years. By being active on the site, there will be no problems regarding withdrawing funds. If you have a substantial amount and were inactive for more than a year, PokerStars will e-mail you. They won’t freeze the money unless they suspect foul play. The more money you have on your account, the more eager and agile customer service you will be granted. Perhaps this is unfair, but it is how it is. It’s all business.

Forever, but if you don’t play on PokerStars for a year, they deduct $5.

I think it depends of each poker room TOS. But I would definitely not leave all this money in a poker room, because they can easily just close your account for no reason and keep the money and there isn't much we can do. If I could not cashout to my bank account, I would at least divide the money into several poker rooms and e-wallets.

I don't know the exact time, what I do know is that if you spend a long time without accessing the site, it ends up showing inactivity and sometimes your account can be closed hahaha

I would suggest to widraw the money. Anything like Black Friday or insolvency can happen so its just a negative freeroll.
I got my funds confiscated during the Black Friday and I got it back after several years...

Do you remember full tilt poker? Thats one problem. Another problem is closing down your account due to inactivity without any big reason. I would not risk it and try to cash out. If you cant cash out at least try to play once a month so your account will stay active. Another problem is politics. Politicians are sometimes like cancer, you dont know when and why they appear but if they do, they can create a new law and take away all your money for no reason. Poker will be suddenly gambling for no reason and they will freeze your money. So better always cash out :)

Don't have any suggestions for your potential issue, but I certainly encourage you to continue to seek answers. Clearly it is a horrible injustice to subject you to the same rules that apply to the rest of us. (y)

If I'm not mistaken, Pokerstars charges a fee for those who haven't played in a few months

This may vary, it all depends on the poker room's policy. At least in one of the games where you don't log in for a year they close your account due to inactivity

As for the withdrawal methods, I think they are all available at the cashier and it is unlikely that the support team will be able to offer you anything more. As for the money on the account, I think each site has its own conditions, someone can keep your money for 5 years and someone will freeze your account after 12 months.

A lot of poker sites now accept and payout in crypto. So depositing and withdrawing no longer needs a bank to be involved.

Well i cant understand why would you withdraw to your bank account you have prepaid services like skrill , neteller and etc.make acc pay for card and enjoy , you can use every ATM in the world but in your currency for low fees , and your skrill account is not connected to bank account so you can in the future if you need have normal relationship with banks and they will not think you are a gambler.. you could get loan from bank and etc..
