Whenever you have problems with Unibet livechat/support is the last thing on earth to contact. It's much easier probably trying to be the Independent One first and fixing whatever these problems are on your own or should this be too unrealistic then you can always head to 2+2's unibet thread or to unibetcommunity to seek help ...
Btw have you tried to log in to poker client via browser (even if you dont have computer this should work since tested that on mu tablet earlier today) ...
Or if you (still) prefer App then what about un- and then reinstalling it ?!?

I want to make a public complaint about unibet.
More than 15 days ago I have a problem to login to unibet from argentina. Those of the unibet support tell me that it is the problem of my Internet. try to access my account from other devices and another internet. But the same poster "unable to identify your location" keeps appearing to me. I won a cardschat in a 50 euro ticket and with that I played another tournament of and won a 250 euro ticket. I made a decision not to play at unibet anymore because I can't log into my account and from the page they tell me that they won't give me my ticket money. The truth is a shame what they do to me. I recommend to everyone that they do not play anymore because if you have a problem they will not take care of anything.

you could try to reset your internet modem. i never did it but i read that this could help to fix such problems. did you try to login from the smartphone too and from somewhere else? like the home of a friend? try what i told you with the modem or try from some other place/device. good luck.
