frequent bug in 888 poker

Just look at a curious question. Have you ever played 888 without having received cards in your hand? hahahah it sounds like a joke but it's not. Watch the video! Has anything like this ever happened to anyone? Four months ago I lost 160 dollars on 888Pokker due to a table crash, which simply turned off or left the names and batteries blurry, where I couldn't see anything. The 888 team said it was a problem with my internet (always the same answer). The fact is that in 2 months I used around 1300 dollars normally, but I didn't like not having a true answer about these bugs where I lost the 160 dollars due to an 888poker technical failure. 888 is very good, but when it fails, they don't admit the mistake. It's the second major type of bug that happens and we don't pay attention!! Where you saw you not receiving letters and being charged for it as if everything were normal hahahah they will say it's my internet again!!!!!! Very funny

Did you send these 888 support? They would be the best ones to ask. It’s their software. The team at 888 is a great team. If you are concerned about anything you should always ask.

Yes, this situation happened with me many times. The last 1-2 weeks it's ok, but the weeks before I had to close and reopen the room many times, specially when I was playing 2-3 or more cash game tables at the same time. When I play only one tournament table it usually works fine. I only play micro stakes there, so, never lost much, but it's very frustrating. I would never play medium or higher cash games there, because I would always be worry if the poker room is going to crash in the middle of a big pot.

I have had various technical problems, but I have never encountered a problem like yours. However, I recently read a post by another member of our community who described exactly the same situation and he also posted a screenshot.
If you lost money due to the fault of 888 and their software and you can explain it to them, I think they will reimburse you. The main thing is to describe and explain everything correctly.
Perhaps you should contact the specialised branch that we have here, where a representative of 888 answers questions.

my 888 App keeps crashing random, even if I have only 888 app running in windows 10.. app freezes, and I have to restart it, login once again...

It is frustrating.

P.s. antivirus & firewall protected PC,

There are no viruses nor anything running in the background, it is just the app - I can not believe they are not testing their releases ( 888 Poker team)

Freezing is not uncommon on 888. Other internet sites are OK, so it's not my computer or router. That's why I would never dare play a big-money event on 888. On the plus side, closing the site and re-opening it doesn't take very long, but it's so annoying.
