Has anyone ever played this site? I saw a link to it on the bluff Magazine site and thought I'd try it out. It was very interesting. It isn't like any other site I've played. This one has pot limit only ring games and no limit freerolls where you are compared to other players at other tables playing the same hands as you. I played one $10 freeroll tournament and thought I was playing pretty smart. I was in the top ten for most of the tournament but finished 17 out of 58.
There are six rounds in the tournament with five hands per round. Everyone starts out with the same amount of play chips at the beginning of each hand, so even if you go all in the first hand you're still not out of the tournament. Your tournament ranking is determined how your play compares with the other players at the other tables playing the same hand. If, at the end of the hand, you have more chips than the ones you are compared to, you get what they call victory chips. When you run out of victory chips you get eliminated.
I thought it made me play better than other freerolls because I wasn't just playing against the people at my table but had to play smarter than others playing the same hand. The tournament I was in only paid the top seven and I don't know the deposit/withdrawal policy.
I'd like to know if anyone else has ever played there and what their thoughts are on the site.
