I recently made the mistake of closing my pokerstars account permanently, but I ended up regretting it, because after all I just wanted to change my username.

I contacted them, and as you know they have a strict policy and they told me that there is no possibility of me playing with them again

Well, I was thinking about creating an account with a family member's data, and I would like to know if this is a good idea, or is there a way for them to find out and ban this account.

Another issue is that in politics I read about something that says that if they discover any illegal act they can confiscate all winnings, and even charge fines and damages to that player.
Does this mean that if I create an account with a family member's data and this is discovered, I run the risk of being fined or prosecuted by the PS?

Is the idea of creating an account with a family member's data a safe idea, or should I definitely abandon the idea of playing on PS to avoid taking these risks?

Give me your opinion.

It's not a safe idea.

My advice is that your family member contacts PS and asks if he/she can make an account even though they live in the same household.

Without having a green light from them first will probably sooner or later result in closing such account, and having the funds confiscated.
Playing using the same computer and from same IP address is certainly detectable.

In general PS allows family members having an account.

Not creating an account for a family member, but rather creating an account for me to play but with the data of a family member.

If that family member agrees, I don't think it's a problem. My question is whose card will you use to deposit and withdraw🤔. Anyone I think has the right to create an account on PokerStars if he meets the requirements!

My advice is that you try to communicate and ask pokerstars for a legal solution.
But in response to your situation, it is very difficult for them to discover that you are the one who plays with your family member's account. It is not recommended to do this since I believe it is illegal. But if you do, I advise you not to publish it anywhere, nor images playing on that account. I would even recommend deleting this post.
good luck

I think that's a good idea. But there is a nuance: buy another device (smartphone or tablet) and play from it. I'm not sure, but maybe changing your internet provider could also help.

Well, if you had asked before I would have told you not to close the account but now that's not the point either.

On several occasions, on impulse, I almost closed my account in several rooms, but in the end I decided to keep them because I would experience the same type of problem.

I don't know exactly how to guide you, but I believe the most logical option is to contact them and explain the problem so that they can provide a solution.
On the other hand, it may be that when you contact them, they automatically deny you any type of additional access. Or worse... then after a while when creating a new account, after a while, your balance and account may be blocked.

We are at an impasse as to whether it might be better to open the game and have the condition to return denied, or whether it is worth taking the risk even if it could cause a problem later.

In any case, good luck in your attempt... Keep us informed about the decisions!

I really don't know why you ask for advice when you obviously have no intention of taking it....,
you will do this or more likely you have already done it knowing it's against their rules....and when
you get caught or can't cash out you'll be crying about pokerstars again, gotta love it😎👍

Yes you would. I don't think PS would go through with it unless it involves huge sums of money though..

I mean it could work...If your family member agrees with it, it's officially their account and its very unlikely you'd get caught...provided that any deposit and withdrawal mehtod is in the family members name.
I wouldn't agree to it .. you both commit to a crime.

This is a terrible idea. I hope you don't do it.

I'm closing this because what you are suggesting is a clear violation of the poker site's rules and regulations, and could very well be a crime in some cases.
