Can't log in to Pokerstars

hi .i cant log in to my pokerstars account .every time i try it says it will email me a pin . but i never get the email .. have tried emailing them but no reply ???

i won a tournament on poker stars monday night .. next day i was locked out of the site .. tells me i need a pin to get back in .. but i follow the steps and the not sending the pin ..
i have tried email , x , to contact poker stars with no reply .. what should i do next ??

it will be a week tomorrow .. when i log in it says a pin has been sent to your email ,,, but it hasnt been sent ... why would this be???

the problem is that you were sent a temporary PIN by e-mail, but for a technical reason the PIN was not delivered
if you have a phone number registered to your ps account, request a PIN to the phone

I had a situation where I didn't get a pin to my email and I didn't have a registered phone number, but I waited 3 days and ps opened everything without asking for a pin

pokerstars has recently had some technical problems, just write them about your situation and wait a week - if nothing happens, tell me and I will help you


I know some hackers who will be able to solve it easily!

You either setup 2fa with a personal pin that you set it up or you get sent thru email or pushed to your phone.

If it was a pin you personally made I hope you can remember it. Not sure how to go about recovering it if you don't remember it. Certainly would need PS support for that I'm sure.

You need to wait for a response from the support team. If you have forgotten your pin code, I don't think you will be able to solve this problem without the support team. Although you could probably reset your password and pin code if you have access to your email.

Rhtt haven't sent you back an answering email ? That's strange . They have always answered to my emails . Try live contact , I think they still have it .

You should activate the security pin to be able to change it or recover it. You should contact support via the help tab. A window will appear where you will see several options for possible problems. You slide to the bottom and an option will appear that says, "Contact us." It is the most effective way to fix your problem, but in order to recover your account, it must be verified.
