He said I can play on his account since he doesn't have time available.
Is this considered illegal on PS?

I am pretty sure you and your brother would be breaking the Terms of Service if you were to play on his account.

I have counterarguments, for example I have a bank card and is it illegal if I ask my brother to withdraw money from the ATM with my card
I can find hundreds of examples

the fact that we already have a poker account means that many people are already using it = I am the owner, some employee from the poker site (they have access to all the information about my account)
the question remains open - why should I trust an unknown employee of a poker site more than my brother

or the family does not draw up a common budget, if one earns a salary, then the whole family can have lunch ) just examples

I know people who have been playing with other people's poker accounts for years because their bank accounts are frozen and they can't officially

I just don't understand how many times and how many ways the same question must be asked...

point/counterpoint all you want, ask it anyway you want, the rules are clear and

posted right on pokerstars... follow them or risk your account and money👍

why only negative or positive nothing to say

if there weren't more honest people to play poker online then 100% poker links would open up all other possibilities

I am sure that as long as you play under his username, no one would know unless you attempted to withdraw any winnings into your own bank account, So any winnings would go to your brothers account, and if you won a huge amount they could refuse to pay out if they suspected that you won it illegally.
That is an infringement to their terms and conditions.
Why not open your own account, It's free and you would not be breaking any rules, unless you are under age in the Country you are playing from.

He said you could play, but I wouldn't recommend it, it would definitely be considered a violation of the rules. It's better to try to restore your account, over time they may allow you to play again.

but there are many people who are not able to create their own poker accounts and I know for sure that in reality they are already 20% of all the players who are already in the internet poker world

people cannot create their own poker account
1.blocked bank or poker account
2.big money problems
3.forced servitude to another person

Are you under the assumption that an employee of the poker site you have your account on plays your account?

I think you know very well what is fake about playing on an account that is not your own,

coming from someone who posts nothing but conspiratorial posts repeatedly and

now you want a positive comment.... try making a positive post, I'll wait lol

And you equate this to actually playing someone else's account being ok, how?
I don't support or forbid anything, but I'm just expressing comments and they can't harm anyone

it's good that the question was raised or do you know what is really happening in online poker
China is rumored to have set up illegal poker farms where slaves make money for their masters
they have no problem even getting bank accounts from e.g. canada and even infiltrate pokerstars and play under the flags of other countries

each person often has his own rules, that's why the world is full of prisons and young people sleep in graves

I can play on PokerStars. But oh my, we miss the Americans. It is absurd that players from the country that invented NLHE and PLO generally not are allowed to play poker and bet on sports online. It beats me why online gambling is illegal in arguably the most capitalism friendly country in the world. The Mob though, makes top dollar on betting. And the Native Americans run poker in brick and mortar venues.

So Ruslan, will they go back to using permanently deleted accounts?

They told me that I would never be able to play again, I found this decree extreme in fact, I would really like to have a second chance, but the fear is that I will get in touch again to release my CPF and my account, which has been in fictitious money for about 2 months, be blocked again.

In my personal opinion, deleting an account should not be punished for the rest of your life, because deleting an account is not a crime, it is not illegal and not bad faith or a trap, but it is seen that way. There may be a moment, be it 1 year later, but banning the CPF forever doesn't seem like a very smart answer to me, you exclude a player who didn't cheat in the game, he didn't do anything illegal, he just deleted it.

if the brother has a different last name, then there is no problem at all, and how can they control which one of you plays - then ps 24h surveillance camera should be installed
the only disadvantage of playing from multiple accounts is that you need more money

I'm not sure I understand why anyone would want to circumvent the rules when they are stated so very clearly. People who try to change the rules to their liking will face the consequences. Pretty simple.

I'd suggest reading the Terms of Service to avoid disappointment - every poker site has them.
