If i could or able to post email from betonline agent Shane i will ?The reason why this is important is that it proves this is the reason why betonline took away my BBJ winnings a week after congratulating me for winning a jackpot around a million bucks that was a record high BBJ amount up until that point and still might be but not sure as i now boycott betonline.On June 14,2019 had quad tens lose to a strait flush winning BBJ. Asked agent exactly how much will my 45% add up to be ?He said he has to confirm everything and will be back with me shortly ?After taking a solid week he tells me that i did not win because i needed jacks or better ?This is impossible because betonline changed the rules in conjunction with chico network that dropped starting qualifying quads down to 8s so i clearly won and thank the people that tried to help me get my winnings but betonline does not like paying out big jackpot win to players ?They must just pay themselves because the money did come out of jackpot and was never put back into jackpot after telling me a lie saying i needed jacks or better ?Betonline wants everyone to think that i was paid as rhey put the money into there own pockets.Not sure if i will ever get my winnings but wanted to post email from Shane agent at betonline that proves they are not a safe or respectable casino.Thanks

Threaten them with a complaint to the gambling regulator in your country if they don't pay out.
Then if they still don't pay, make a complaint to the gambling regulator.

I'm not surprised by anything, there are only scammers around, no one will pay a million. They will come up with different excuses and change the rules.
