But to be fair, can any of them know what that first card and what the second card was? Is there any chance the dealer just does this by accident?
The cards are probably RFID meaning each card has a tag on it so each card can be scanned and known.
If this happens at blackjack with a live dealer, what do you think happens behind the scenes to computer programs that you can't see??!!!??That looks pretty sick, this vid makes me wonder about the poker component of the sit. #superplayers
Subject: Casino Dealer Cheating
Good day,
Thank you for contacting us.
This is Shane from player services, hope this email finds you well.
We would like to profusely apologize on behalf of all parties involved as this was a simple human error. The player would have clearly won the hand in question if the cards were dealt without error. We have escalated this matter to have the video reviewed as we are unable to do that over here at the CS department and with the review we have seen that there was indeed an error. The player who suffered this loss has been fully reimbursed and further procedures have been put in place to ensure this will not happen again. We are sincerely sorry that this had happened and apologize for the inconvenience but rest assured the player affected has been reimbursed accordingly and this will not happen again in future.
If you have any other questions or require further assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.
Best Regards,
Shane

Yes you are probably right, but the real question is how did the dealer know what the cards were? You are right in what they will do...they will say he was a rogue employee and does not represent BOL and blah blah blah. But the fact that he had knowledge of the cards is a concern. For whatever reason he chose to deal that second card is irrelevant. He knew what the card was and chose not to deal it. Cheating plain and simple. And this also means other dealers know what the cards are. This is a problem and a way of cheating. So the dealer gets a little tricky with his slight of hand and pulls the card out from under the top card. Did he do it on his own? I think BOL would look at it that way and relieve the dealer from his duties. If it was a computer dealing and you recorded a glitch then I could see more of a need to call them out. Since it's an actual person I'm guessing they will chalk it up to a bad employee and move on with no more explanations.
This is a great point, it may be time for players to withdraw and boycott BOL, just saying. If this happens at blackjack with a live dealer, what do you think happens behind the scenes to computer programs that you can't see??!!!??
