I'm looking to expand my poker horizons and would love to get some recommendations for good places to play online.

I’ve also spent some time on Ignition Poker recently, and I have to say, I’m impressed with the software and design. The site just feels really polished, and the user interface is clean and easy to use. One thing I really appreciate is the anonymity of players just makes the game feel a bit more balanced. It also has a nice variety of games and tournaments, and the software seems to run smoothly across devices.

If yall have any recommendations let me know!

There are almost no players on ignition Poker, so you won't get much action there. The best, but also toughest, site I think is pokerstars. An also great site is Bet365 Poker, where the level is soft. However, most donkeys can be found at unibet Poker.

I know a few players who are playing on bodog/Bovada/Ignition these days.... some from the USA and another from canada. All are full-time players.

People from USA are limited with where they can play. If I resided in USA I think I'd be playing on most available sites - ie. ACR/BlackChip, SportsBetting/Betonline, Bodonk (Ignition), Global Poker.

I'm guessing OP is from USA (the small flag in pic.)

I realize that online gambling is not legal for Americans. This was also the case in my home country, Denmark, until 1994. In the UK, gambling has been allowed for more than 100 years. I find it hard to understand that you can't play online in the home country of poker. Some say that the mafia makes money by offering gambling. Don't know if that fits. Black Friday in 2009 was a disaster. Suddenly, more than half of the players disappeared. And since then it has gone back smoothly. On average, there are no more than 30,000 cash players and 140,000 tournament players. Source: Pokerscout
