Has anyone else qualified for final tourney for the FSN TV show at UB?

I qualified yesterday, and I am soooo excited. I play the final tourney next Saturday, and the top 3 go to LA to be on the show. I feel like I should start cross training or maybe buy a new outfit or something! (OK, that last bit MAY be a chick thing...lol!) And I have to find a way to get the boys out of the house that afternoon so I can concentrate.

This week I think I'm going to be practicing upping the aggressiveness a little bit to better my chances. I was exchanging email with Phil Gordon awhile back (Ooo, look at me dropping a name! ), and his advice was always utilize the pre-flop raise when you have a hand woth playing. I think I don't follow that advice often enough.

Anyway, any sage advice would be wonderful...or even just a wish of "Bonne Chance"!

Sage advice

Well first off Holly congrats on getting a chance to qualifty to go Hollywood. I would try and qualify, but I have prior arrangemtns for that day so no use in me trying to get in.

Anyway as for some sound advice do what you did to get this far in the first place and try to improve as much more as you can. Just keep your wits about you and well pray for a little luck .

Too Bad we can't all go

I have qualified as well...unfortunately there will only be enough room for three of us...I am sure you guys will put up a good fight for the other two seats...I look forward to seeing you guys/gals in L.A.

But really...this is going to be a very tough tournament...we will be playing against a lot of people who know how to survive in MTTs. Whoever does win, it will be well deserved. GLA. See you Monday.
