All 888 notes Have Disappeared

Has anyone else had all of their notes on 888 disappear? Last Sunday (June 13), I was one of the many people who could not launch (or at least log into) 888. I missed the Platinum freeroll, but 90 people did manage to play. I tried to play from my browser, but that too wouldn't launch. I specifically avoided reinstalling for fear of losing my notes.

Yesterday, when I opened up 888 to play the Silver Level $300 FR, I noticed that all my notes are gone. Thousands of notes taken over the last several years - all gone.

Can anyone confirm that their noted are intact on 888?

This happen, whenever the poker client crashes, which for me it does rather frequently. 888 Poker previously replyed to this, that notes and tags are no longer a supported function. HUDs are still allowed though, so maybe get yourself a tracker and stop taking notes. Or play somewhere else, if notes are important to you.

Thanks for the reply - it's better than what I got from 888.

Unfortunately, the notes aren't as much for me as they are for CardsChat. I track players and PW Thieves.

i think i read about this problem on the 2+2 forum too. i dont think there is much you can do, those notes are probably gone forever maybe ask the rep here if there is any fix to this problem?
