We know there's been some players wanting us to pop in here, so we're very happy to open this thread and help answer to any of your questions or concerns.

This is the place to vent, share your poker hands, comment and suggest anything you want ( but let's keep it friendly).

I seen Black chip has joined ACR I have 2 accounts on the site my ? If I play on one account in a tourney and get knocked out can i re-enter on other account or is that forbidden?

I think if ACR would decrease entry on some tourney's and lower deposit to $25 or more they surely would increase traffic!!! on there site!

Player chat.....change the dark green chat each of us sees, to maybe a bright yellow.

Lobbies....for tourneys, add a table link to the tourney lobby, rather than to the main lobby, and speed the lobby updates. They are almost as bad as Merge, and the info in the tourney lobby is important in the decision making process.

The ability to 'make' games, either public or private.

In a R/A with the Auto Rebuy and Auto AddOn boxes checked the rebuy's should be available on the very next hand. As is on 12-3, each rebuy forces me out of the next hand.....not good.

Synchronize breaks with the whole rest of the civilized OLP world. This might already be fixed.

Preferred Seating

Put the amount of rake collected from each pot, in the chat window.

Make it a priority to update the lobby fast, especially important in any tourney.

I don't need to see in chat that hand xxxxxxxxx is playing, that info is shown on the main table.

A couple things that I think need serious attention:

• Being sat at a mtt or stt table a few hands late (happened to myself and others a few times)
• You are able to talk when a player is all-in

Also if you have any info on if/when this rumored software update will happen, that would be awesome.

It is nice that ACR has a rep here, but he has made 1 post since 12-20-2012. Would be nice to have a rep here that will answer questions, seems like he would be here since the OSS starts in a few days.

are you part of the revolution group you dont seem to have the traffic to support the guarantee tournys. also i like to play o8 and 7stud to relax from hold em but i never see a game going or a tourny for that matter

We appreciate your feedback, we are currently working on some improvements to our tournament lobby and will send these suggestion to our product manager.

We absolutely intend on adding a preferred seating setting in the new lobby redesign.

I don’t currently have a date on when this is launching, but we are working on it.

On Sunday, the first day of the online poker tournament series, a total of $236,850 in prize money was paid out through seven online poker events. The number eclipsed the $205,000 in money that had been guaranteed. SugarSprinkledWalrus took down the tournament, winning the first place prize of $21,450.

OSS II: Event 42 this Sunday

Sunday's $150,000 Guaranteed Tournament Heats Up the Fight for OSS II Champion Bracelet at Americas Cardroom.

After just five days of tournaments, we’ve paid out $430,370 in tournament prize pools during the OSS II, eclipsing the $312,000 that was guaranteed over the last five days by over $118,000. . On Sunday, we will be hosting a $150,000 GTD tournament at 7:00pm ET.

Not sure exactly when, or even if this was fixed, but playing in a tourney last night I noticed the tourney Lobby was updating immediately, faster than my table icon even.

Good job on that if it is fixed. With no update notes during software updates it is hard to tell if it was a targeted fix or not.

But it was a very pleasant experience as far as that problem goes.

This is great to actually have a rep on this site. I play at ACR almost exclusively these days. Originally I hated the software, but it's quickly grown on me.

It would be nice, if there were micro tourneys (under $5.50) at the site (network). I couldn´t see any micros, only some sats.

Myself I like to see .10, .25 .50 and 1.10 tourneys.. I would love the site..
Also I feel the sort on the cash games seem to be mess up.. When I sort by table stakes the .01/.02 is way out of whack..
