I haven't been here in a while, but I still play online a little. I've been playing online poker for about 16 yrs and I've never seen this. Have you?

The image is from the completed hand before in which I folded the flop, and 3 other players went to the turn. Weird how the folded ace reappears on the turn after I folded the flop. When I saw this, I shook my head thinking, "No fkng way!" So I checked the previous hand link and there it was, my ace. You should NEVER see the exact same card twice in the same hand. If this had been in a cardroom/casino all hell would have "broke loose". This is another reason I play mostly micro-stakes online. Player beware. Good luck folx.

It's very interesting, I've never seen anything like this before, now it'll make me poke around in repetitions..
However, today is Friday the 13th, maybe it's the tricks of evil forces: not sure:unsure::devilish:

I think ACR have a feature called reshuffle whereby folded cards are put back into the deck which is then reshuffled.
I think they do it to make collusion less advantagous.

So what did support say?

Yes this probably has something to do with their reshuffeling method which they use on omaha (tournaments?). Looks like it failed. I'm not 100 % sure what they do exactly with this reshoveling method but folded cards certainly and obv dont go back into the deck 😅

Yes kind of alarming but this was a 50 cent tournament, basically a beta test tournament. I'm sure they will fix it.

There are highstakes Omaha games regularly running on this site and if there would be really something up with the deck then I doubt those games would run.

I received an email back from ACR support team stating this (copied from reply):

"We would like to explain that this is due to the reshuffle feature, which is part of our innovative features for PLO games.

The Reshuffle feature comes into play when a player folds. Their cards are swiftly reshuffled back into the deck. This means that even after cards are dealt, the unused cards remain part of the shuffle process until they are revealed, allowing for a more randomized and secure dealing system.

Rest assured, this is a normal process and is implemented to ensure the integrity of the game. For more information about the reshuffle feature, please visit: https://www.acrpoker.eu/software/acr-reshuffle/"

This is, in my opinion, wrong and devoid of "poker integrity". A folded card is just that, folded out of the running deck. So I wonder if the Winning PN is the only site that uses this feature? I call BS! :ROFLMAO: Oh well, you learn something new every fkng day, I suppose.

Wait Looks like those cards go indeed back into the deck 😯

Thats quite a strange feature. They must be smoking strong stuff @ Acr to implement something like that (that explains also their 420 breaks in tournaments sometimes).

A folded or dead card should obv never find its way back into the deck 😅

They must have a huge problems with bots for them to do this.
