Are there any specific requirements associated with getting rakeback from America's Card Room? I get 27% back which I can only imagine is massive value compared to the normal rewards system and my brother in law is interested in getting set up with it, but is that possible currently?

I honestly don't remember if I had to email customer service, or if I just created my account when the rewards system was different. So... Just curious whether or not anyone has some insight. :deal:

I am not sure if still around or even real. But I see many affiliate sites advertising the 27% rakeback but you have to sing up new account using their link to get it.

Here is the regular reward program called elite benefits

For confirmation or if you have any questions about ACR you can always ask the very helpful ACR representative found in this thread: https://www.cardschat.com/forum/poker-rooms-10/official-acr-thread-217550/

Hi, yes this is one of the 2 loyalty programs we offer to our valuable poker players!

Rakeback vr Elite

Please note that Elite Benefits is the default rewards program. You can only be enrolled in one program, so it is either one or the other. If you go rakeback you will not accumulate points for the Elite program.

In case you are not familiar with Elite, you can find the information here:
http://www.americascardroom.eu/online-poker-promotions/poker-elite-benefits/

The Rakeback period starts every Monday at 12:00:00 ET and runs until Sunday at 11:59:59.

Your rakeback payment will be calculated as follows:
[(Ring Rake + Tournament Fees) - (Bonus Earned out)] * 27%
So the 27% is based on the previous calculation formula
http://www.rakeback.com/americas-cardroom/

Also, please note you can request the change from Elite to Rakeback. The change will take around seventy-two hours to be reflected in your end, Once in rakeback, you can go back to Elite, but that will be the last change allowed.

An important fact when changing programs is that all scopes from the old program are lost and the new program starts from scratch. Because of this, our recommendation is that you can first redeem your points before confirming the program change.

If you prefer the Rakeback program, please let us know sending an email to support@winningpokernetwork.com and confirm your login name so we can proceed and request your change of program.

Hmm... Thanks for the info acr rep. Now I am torn - debating whether or not to switch back to elite... My bankroll is on a huge upswing so at the levels I am playing I think elite might be the best value but I am sure. Just barely stepped up to 25NL.

Decisions... Decisions!!!
