ACR help with personal information

I recently discovered that when doing my ID verification, my DOB is wrong on ACR… therefore my ID is getting rejected and I have about $2k in the account. I reached out to support to change my DOB to the correct date but I’m not sure if they will be able to. I can provide all and any info, including ID, Card, email, utility bill with address etc etc

You may have to resort to doing a player to player transfer with someone you trust. ACR is one of the few sites that has this option. Do you have any friends who also play at ACR? Friends, as in, lives in the same city as you.
