no, there is no such thing. ACR works correctly, do you have a smartphone or a PC? try reinstalling the program itself

I noticed something like that recently.

The software seems to hang or freeze after the hand plays out and the pot is won.

Lasts approximately 30 seconds?

I think it's very malicious that such an old poker house crashes after winning good pots, that must scare off big players!

WPN, the network that hosts: ACR,BCP, ,YA,TRUE, is prone to freezing for no good reason. The freeze can last up to 90 seconds. A countdown number appears and counts the freeze down. Play stops for that freeze, then usually resumes.
