888poker, worst support, worst room ever

In my opinion, for many 4easons 888 is the worst poker room ever, don't waste your tome there.
-Worst customer support
-Worst App for mobile/ tablet/ laptop ( lot of bugs and shutdowns)
-I have a German account, I made a withdrawal request on 1th October, haven't received nada yet, they are asking me to proof my bank account and ID for the n-time, I withdrew money prior to that date.
-Customer support do not want to answer your questions, I quote " we solve only monor issues, we have no information if you sent documents or not" well when I was a teenager I worked for call centers, AXA, PlayStation, Vodafone, I know that the helpdesk agents have access to clients info, including shared documents.
- I had encounters with GG, Party, Stars, can't complain at all, problem often solved after two interactions. 888poker don't reply to your emails, chat is the worst, no twitter replies, if you call, you have to wait for at least 10 minutes so they will tell you, please try this or that, same things you've done before asking them for help, be it app crushing, unprocessed withdrawal. One advice, burn your money and don't burn your nerves with 888. The worst wooooorst poker room ever

I totally disagree with you.
888 is one of the best sites in my opinion. There are always great promotions, a large number of freerolls, a good selection of tournaments, definitely 888 is one of the best. But, I agree with you that their support is terrible, it really is. 888 has the worst support of any site I've played on. This is really a problem and the way their support team works is really damaging the reputation of this great site.
Be that as it may, our community has a branch where you can ask a question to one of the representatives of this site.

The system keeps claiming my login credentials are incorrect...
Weird, on my old slow phone with broken display it works ....with the very same login credentials.....

So I stopped playing there for some time now.
The only thing they managed to do is to take me out of their mailing system.... kept getting mails about "cool" promotions while I'm locked out for no other reason than incompetence on their part

don't give them 888 your money because they can't even make normal tournaments, look at gg or pokerstars where there are huge prize funds and beautiful tournaments

Yes, the customer support has really gone from OK to totally terrible. They have probably outsourced it to the cheapest country they could find.

People have the same problem with their client for so long, and they still not corrected that. Honestly, how can we take a site seriously, when logging in is such a hard step and support gave the same, thousand times done fake solutions?!

Well, I started playing at 888 since 2017, everytime I have a problem, either with withdrawal or the software, I get no help. Well I decided to stop putting money in there, because why put money, waste time while I can play in other superior room, with better support and enhanced experience. 888 mobile app crushes constantly, support is unhelpful. That's my take on it

I had to wait dor two weeks dude, two frigging weeks, meanwhile GG, PS, PP it takes at most 48

I personally have never had any problems with 888. I have cashed out 2x. I feel they can be slow at times to address things, but over all everyone of my issues have been resolved. I have played here for years and it is my favourite site.

service used to be superb but now there isn't any.
Anyone who thinks 888 is terrible has obviously not played on many other sites, 888 is one of the best of an admittedly bad bunch.
Everything about poker rooms is far worse than it was 10+ years ago. Customer Services, Bonuses, unwillingness to pay out money.
The worse, to me is GGPoker which actually asked me to sent them my bank statements to prove I could afford to deposit.
In the UK the government makes betting companies say "Bet responsibly in every ad, what has it got to do with the government? If I want
to bet responsibly I will do, you can't even run the country, don't try to run my life.

I don't play too much on 888. but I have a good experience with the support, and never had a problem with the mobile app.
If it helps, it is better to get on contact with the support through the cashier support.

Be happy that you don't live in sweden. They took away ALL bonuses, rakeback, and freerolls.

Plus a pop-up screen covers the tables every hour and you must click: "Yes, I want to continue playing" before you can take any further action. And just next to the yes box is a message that you want to stop playing, and if you misclick you get thrown off the tables in the middle of a hand.

All in the name of protecting the few players that are gambling addicts.
