I have a similar issue.
I uploaded about 10 documents and they always haven't approved them.
It was no problem to verify my account at GGpoker.
The support at Redit seems also not to be very active and responsible, old threads are also not very promising and my short try at Discord was also not successfull and also the "official" 888 suppport here. The 888 online (support) bot is the worst I've ever seen and there's no chance to get to a real support agent.
Please keep me posted if you find a solution.

I have been playing at 888 for about 5 years now, and I can confidently say that 888 is a safe and reliable site. But there may be some difficulties with verification. I provided my international passport, which they accepted as a proof of identity, but there were problems with address verification. For some reason, my utility bills didn't work for them. So I just made a bank statement and only then did they fully verify my account. Without verification, they won't let you withdraw your money.

If your account is not verified, you will not be able to withdraw money, and this applies to most poker sites. Withdrawals are available only for accounts that have been verified. So, before you make a deposit, you should understand that for further withdrawal you will need to go through the verification procedure and, accordingly, provide all the necessary documents. If you are not ready to undergo verification or you do not have the necessary documents, then you should not expect to withdraw funds, and therefore there is no point in playing poker in this case.

I had no problem with verification with passport, but the address verification failed.
GG poker acccepted the same document for address verificatioin without any issue.
I'd advise everybody to first make the full verification at 888 before start playing or deposit some money there.

You are absolutely right. It's a very naive approach to deposit money to a poker site and hope to withdraw it later. First, you should definitely verify your account and try to withdraw a minimum amount of $10 to make sure that you do not have any problems.

Withdrawing is not a problem there, try contacting support via email, they will clarify the conditions for having an account eligible for withdrawals.

You say you can't withdraw money since 27 December, but you don't say you're from Belarus, and you don't say that 888 just stopped working there. You used to play in every freeroll we had, you were always happy and never complained. Don't deceive others. Just say that 888 has stopped working in Belarus and that's why you can't withdraw money.

I just had an event on this site with a deposit that appears on the site as a canceled deposit and the money was transferred from the card to the 888 account. The money simply disappeared suddenly, neither on the site nor on the card. So it is an unsafe site from my point of view. Support is delayed.

Man, 888 is a safe, reliable, and overall great site. But verification is a must there. As soon as you provide them with all the necessary documents and pass the verification, they will easily allow you to withdraw your money. Don't pay attention to the critics, sometimes people lie and manipulate because they can't do anything else.

888 is a reliable and secure website. I have been playing there for over 8 years and I have never had any problems with withdrawals. On average, I withdraw money 1-2 times a month without any problems using the Skrill payment system.
Don't pay attention to the critics. Out of a hundred players, there will always be 2-3 who did not understand something and therefore have a problem with the withdrawal, but this is not a problem in 888, but a problem directly in these players.

I don't know what your problem is, but most likely you either didn't understand something or you're doing something wrong.
I know that since December 2024, 888 no longer operates in Belarus, but I see players from Belarus at the tables almost every day, even in our daily freerolls. Maybe those Belarusians who are abroad can still play?
Or maybe these are players who were Belarusians but changed their citizenship.

I've never had any problems with 888 withdrawing my funds. Although it takes about 3-4 days to withdraw, the money has always been credited to my account. I consider 888 to be one of the best poker sites, despite their shortcomings such as poor customer service or frequent technical issues.
