888 No Longer Awards Daily Free Spin or Allows Redemption of Gold Tickets

Hi All,

Has anyone come across the issue described below with 888 before?

Ive had my account with 888 for about 18 months, a few months ago, after withdrawing some winnings the day previously, I logged in and didn't get the usual 'Free Spin' offered (which usually awards a free roll ticket or gold tokens to level up). In fact all ticket awards were blocked - sports bet, deposit etc.
I have several hundred gold reward points that I have earned that I can't have access to.
Ive contacted 888 live chat who are vague and just say I don't have access to these features.
They are of course still happy for me to deposit, but obviously Im not keen to do that. I would like to know though, what I could have done to initiate this action.

Iam out of 888 permanently,thanks to them i got banned,the suport of 888 really didnt care about my problem with the withdraw,i feel so sad,miss playing in 888 XD

I think these restrictions apply not only to you personally, but also to your region. I had a similar situation a few years ago. One day, I was also unable to make a daily free spin. I also contacted the support team and they told me that this promotion is not valid for players from my region. After 6-8 months, the promotion became available and I was able to spin the wheel, and I can still do it today.

I haven't changed my region since registration, except Ive travelled to ireland, Spain and germany since - playing in all three different countries in that time, but the issue first occurred when I was back in the UK when I returned!

Maybe Ill just have to check back in after a few months to see if 888 has changed its mind!

I think Germany is country you're not allowed to play from. Spain is a region specific country, only Spanish resident people can play on 888Poker I think there. I think you've broken the T&Cs of playing on 888Poker. Was Germany or Spain the last country in the list you played before coming back to the UK?

Have you told customer support you played in those countries. Might get you permanently banned from 888Poker or might just need you to reverify as a UK resident or something in-between those two outcomes.

Did u play via VPN from the countrys mentioned?

Everything is normal here. As people said, maybe it's a regional restriction.
BTW, only freeroll tickets here (got 200 gold points just once, but 200 points for a 121 level account is useless)

I have the same. I don't have any free tickets or anything. I wrote to them and they told you no promotions are available “they don’t give a reason”

Nothing changed at my side. However I'm not spinning this wheel... it only gives useless ticket to a cheap freeroll

I had that problem (not being able to spin the wheel) for a while about 6 months ago here in canada. But I am able to again. Its always a ticket to the $500 freeroll, but thats a pretty good tourney and I have won quite a bit. I have been having trouble getting the mobile App to work though, it only seems to for Ontario now?

The 888poker system sometimes crashes

if you ask them for help and they can't do anything, then it's clear that nothing more can be done

Here everything is normal too. The spins are still available and still only giving freerolls tickets. But your problem also happened with me and it was not a regional problem. I had contacted the support and they didn’t resolved and 2 months later the spins were available again, so, this may be your case.

No I didn't tell them and they didn't ask. I generally use a VPN set to uk

I agree, that 500 tourney usually (used to) get a decent placing!
