It has been a long road for the Texas Card House in Dallas Texas but they finally won the battle with the city of Dallas for the wrongful closure of their card room back in December of 2021. After many years of battling the courts and the city council, an appellate court has given the green light to re-open the card room. It seems the Texas Card House was not the only poker room shut down by the Dallas City Council but Shuffle 214's card room was also closed at the same time.
