I think this is an ugly look for poker and I hope they fix it so it never happens again,
..... but it's going way too far to say the guy was cheating when it was allowed in plain view,
the fault here lies with the tourney director and the wsop who allowed this to happen in the first place!

Thanks the biggest issue. It looks bad for poker. 2 people I work with know i play in the WSOP. Both asked if i heard the world champion was cheating. Bad looking indeed for our game.

Whether the rules allowed it or not, it was unethical and unsportsmanlike to be getting assistance from someone else. In my opinion the same applies to having a coach on the rail. If someone has a tell it is up to the player, and the player alone, to identify that tell while they are playing.

Definitely looks bad for all of us when something like this is allowed to go on. :(

What i have always liked about DNegs is that he always trys to give a balanced argument but essentially he provides the facts.
He is for me, one of - if not the greatest ambassador Poker has ever had, certainly one of them.

My opinion is to grow further and become more popular poker wants to be less robotic, not more!
