This is a great read (never boring, as usual) and Chris also included some great pictures!

Enjoyed looking at the article from Chris. Fun article.

The new venue turned me off to going as I thought about the dreadful lines for tournaments during the reopening from Covid and the casino not having enough dealers for all the folks that wanted to play then thought that I didn't want be in Vegas if they couldn't find dealers or were unorganized for the WSOP.

Add on there is a new Covid variant that is more resistant to the vaccines on the rise with folks not protecting themselves as much or me having to wear a mask at a poker table for a marathon session at the WSOP i.e. for many, many hours and I said "PASS" on this year's schedule.

A lot of the stuff Chris didn't like sounds as if it came from dealing with a really crowded poker room which might not be fun for the regulars not used to the craziness with huge amount of folks being around like getting in and out of a cash table but during the poker boom that's how it was and those were glorious times where I definitely didn't mind waiting on lines to cash out or to get at a table!!!

I'm not there, so I really don't know how things are but hopefully the experience will be even better than this first year in a new place and they usually are, lol.
