Now the DOJ explicitly states, and someone makes a big deal about how the sites are perfectly free to do business everywhere else in the world.  ldo !  What arrogance to think they have to reassure the rest of the world.

The DOJ are playing games folks.  There will be NO LEGAL WAY to get these funds until this case is settled.  If sites send out checks, they are breaking the law according to the DOJ, same with any E-XFER.

Does the DOJ provide some specific exclusion that lasts for some defined period of time?  If they do that, they undermine their case.  Would be like Narcs allowing a dealer to unload his goods so he can pay for a lawyer.

If the sites combined here, they could put the screws on the DOJ.  Suites for disrupting international businesses, and individuals, and harrassment.  Bring in the WTO and create a cosmic shitstorm is what they could do.

I understand that at this point, the sites will want to retain the great reputations they have, and so will promote the notion of getting our monies to us.  But suppose they know they will never again operate in the US, and decided to bribe the rest of the worlds players saying "we are not going back to the US, we can't send the money back, so we will divvie it up amongst the rest of the worlds players".
