A prominent Maryland attorney and poker player is indicted for alleged tax fraud

Thomas C. Goldstein is a 54-year-old lawyer, who owns a law firm that specializes in appellate litigation, a Harvard professor and founder of SCOTUSblog has been indicted by a federal grand jury on charges ranging from tax evasion to making false statements. Goldstein is known to be a good poker player and has had his share of ups and downs which appear to have gotten him into some hot water with the law.

And right now there are so many other crooked lawyers available that he can hire because Merrick Garland's ex-special counsel Jack Smith and more than a dozen other of his shady officials got fired
