These charges do not diminish Goldstein’s accomplishments, and he is widely respected in legal circles. He taught Supreme Court advocacy at Harvard and Stanford but retired from appellate practice in 2023.The case highlights the challenges faced by a man who has been at the forefront of the legal profession for many years. It serves as both a warning and a thought-provoking experience.
