Trouble 888poker withdrawal - taking longer than expected

I made a withdrawal request on the 888poker website, the withdrawal period they give, for which you made a deposit by bank transfer is 5 to 7 working days for withdrawals, but 5 days have passed and the amount has not been processed, I contacted live chat that reported that the deadline is 7 to 10 business days, my account is verified, everything is ok.
Has anyone had trouble making withdrawals on this site?
It is very confusing to draw, very time consuming.

within 3-5 days they carried out a withdrawal of funds and money came to me. perhaps this is a delay or a large volume of requests and their processing

After all the only reason they process withdrawals for 3+ days is that they hope people would reverse them lol :bebored:
Business day eh? So you probably should receive money in the last days of june/first days of july ...

Honestly the best bet is the rep in that thread on Cardschat linked above. From my experience when I email them from inside the client they take 1-2 weeks to respond.

Dont surprise me. It takes two seconds to put money on there but weeks to get your money. Yeah they gotta fix that. A lot of sites need to fix that.

Hi there.
Sorry I am new to posting on such sites but i have a query relating to withdrawing money from 888poker. I have not used this site in years but recently i won a small amount on a freeroll and managed to build it up to 300 dollars. I since have updated my visa card on the site and deposited 10 dollars to verify my card.

I have also tried to withdraw the minimum 25 dollars to see if this will be accepted as i dont want to be building up my bankroll if i have no chance of withdrawing it at some point. My query is will this withdrawal be accepted or will i have to send more documents etc? Not sure how withdrawal works on this site, i was worried i would have to deposit more then the 300 ive won before i can withdraw but surely this is not the case?

If anyone has any info on 888 poker i would be grateful for any advice on what to expect and sorry if i posted this in the wrong place. I looked for live support on the site and sent a few emails, but no reply yet.Thank you.

I had the same problem. When I made a payment with a visa card I have the option to withdraw via Visa card. Now everything is OK

Of course it might take longer, if information need to be verified, and especially during X-mas, since people dont work during this time, and workload might also have been high with more people then usual wanting to withdraw before the seasons. I actually experienced this, since it took a week, where it has never taken more than a day before. Which they apologized for, after I emailed support. But once this first withdrawal gets through, and they have your bank information stored, and its not X-mas, I am sure, the next withdrawal will be much faster. So you just need to be a little bit patient for now.

It looks like he moved to a new address and Support does not seem to get it and requests a document of the old adress where he no more lives.

They also have 72 hr verification period before transferring funds. Just wait a bit more.

I also had a similar situation, I wrote to technical support . They apologize for delaying the withdrawal of funds .And then they asked me to re-verify my account and get a bank statement.
I then got the impression It all depends on the amount of withdrawal ..
