Problems withdrawing intertops earnings after playing the CC freeroll

Hello everyone, everything good? So, I have a problem to withdraw my earnings on intertops, if someone can help me, please. I played a Cardschat freeroll there the other day and won a few dollars, I think 6 dollars. After that I played a few tournaments on the site and played a lot of ''cash'', earning a total of $ 120 in the end. After that with a lot of work and bureaucracy I managed to validate my account and asked for the withdrawal. Now an email arrives for me saying that I have to generate a rake of 50% of the freeroll earnings and that in total I have to generate 162 dollars of gross rake, a value that I never had in the account, as it is 50% of the earnings freeroll that was just 6 dollars. Could someone who has gone through the same procedure please help me? I'll leave the image here of the email I received. Thank you all.

I can’t speak for intertops but I’ve won from cc freerolls on both 888 and pokerstars and have withdrawn from both sites (twice at 888) and have had no issues. I’ve never deposited on either site either. I’m sure I never generated very much rake at all, especially at 888 as I only played the freerolls because I don’t like their iOS App very much for tournament selection and I only play on ipad. I wonder if your country of residence has any bearing on this as there maybe some laws in different countries preventing this from happening? I’m in canada if that helps. Hope you get it realized as that’s very frustrating.

I had about $300 in intertops which they wouldn’t let me withdraw. That’s why I don’t play there anymore. It’s such a shame because I liked the poker on the site

I play CC freerolls on Pokerstars, GGpoker, Sportsbetting, Betonline and 888poker and have never had any problems, only on Intertops unfortunately.

Those were the only two freeroll gains I had there, it is crazy that they charge this whole rake.

Similar to you. They told me I owed rake. The problem was that they said minimum withdrawal was $500 using a certain service and if I wanted to withdraw direct to my bank card I had to pay the rake (can’t remember exactly but I think it was was about $700). In the end I just gave up playing on the site cos they had irritated me so much. No doubt that once I had paid the rake they would just tell me I owe more or make up some other excuse. Bloody crooks if you ask me

I don't play there, $500 to withdraw, nope. Like many others, never had a problem at ACR, BCP. For a check from Chico Network min. $500 also. I don't do any coin options.

Do You need to generate 162,50 dollars to withdraw 120? This is insane, in fact.
I saw uncountable claims about Intertops withdraw here in Cardschat, that's why I never play there, even freerolls. I hate to feel like an idiot.

Apparently this is a common problem to happen, unfortunately. Cardschat could move the freerolls to another, more reliable site, so it's really bad to feel harmed in this way.

CardsChat does have freerolls at pretty much all the other major sites.

Even that i want to give up the bonus, they can't.

But i did play on intertops & rake my bankroll.

Well, now I know where to focus my freeroll days. I will avoid this site in the future and only play ACR. They seem to have the best withdraw procedures and are the most upfront about their policies. Thanks for sharing your post.

I know, I play on most of them. They are already saying that a lot of people have difficulties to withdraw the winnings, CC could pass this prize to another site increasing the prize of some other freeroll

Sad to hear you're experiencing this difficulty.

Definitely seems to me that sites detest anyone having the audacity to spin up bankrolls or withdraw winnings from freerolls and will often put as many obstacles up as possible to stop it happening.

Real shame when you consider the kind of turnovers and profits they're making. :hmpf:

Did you write them back telling them the amount you won in freerolls?

They may have made a mistake. If you haven't, do write them and explain in detail how much money you won in freerolls, with screenshots. And see what their answer is. It seems to me they calculated the rake you have to make with a much higher amount won in freerolls.

I forgot to update here. What really happened is that they calculated on top of a freeroll I won there in 2018, and I didn't remember that. I think the value was $ 320 and I was unable to pay because I was unable to export the invoice.

This time I tried again until I reached 90% of the turnover, but in the end I lost everything at the cash tables.
