PokerStars Withdrawal has stopped working (resolved)

Guys, good afternoon!

Check if you have the possibility to withdraw your money via the PC App? I have a problem today: the page in the withdrawal app just won't load. I tried to withdraw money through their alternative site pokerstars.eu. I ended up being asked for a pin code. And this pin-code was not sent to my e-mail.

Check if the withdrawal works for you?

They might be having issues because the freebet challenge is not there for me this morning and that challenge has been a part of my morning routine for months

A pin number just arrived in my e-mail. After almost 40 minutes! I was able to log in, even requested a withdrawal. Now I'm waiting for the money to arrive on my card, because the amount is more than 100$. So far in processing. I will report when the money will come to the card. But, honestly, after today's technical problems, I have no desire to keep more than $10 on my PokerStars account. And I do not advise anyone.

Got the money on my card. Contacted the support. The operator said that PokerStars had problems with the site. He also said that PokerStars is the most reliable place to keep your money.

Thank you, Andy! Sorry for creating the topic in the wrong place. Yeah, I was just scared that I would never be able to log into my PokerStars account again. Thank you for your support!

Withdrew 50 bucks in the morning and had the exact same problem.
Glad PS is working rather quickly. One can only dream of such support at 888....

I also had this problem. I couldn’t withdraw money from both the app on my phone and on my laptop. In short, I lost everything. I don’t have a headache.

I read somewhere that PokerStars has had this problem for over a month after the update.

I had a panic attack today because I couldn't withdraw my money. Just if the app itself didn't work - that's one thing. But cash, tournaments and spin games were working. Not working: deposit/withdrawal, no one answered me in chat. And then the pin-code did not come to my e-mail. And then I mentally said goodbye to the money that I had left myself to complete the Challenges and make sports bets. And then when everything worked - I just withdraw all the money without even thinking about it (I do not make deposits on principal). However, I still have 17$ in tournament money. Now I will use them to raise my new bankroll. And thanks to CardsChat there are wonderful tournaments where it is possible to earn a new bankroll.

Yes, PokerStars recently updated their PC app. I've already left my feedback to the support to fire all those developers with broken hands.

Nice, yes new vaccination coming up and british shorthair especially need some vaccinations they are more vulnarable to certain deseases than other breeds. At least that's what I was told.

PokerStars did not allow me to withdraw $500 because 72 hours had not passed since the deposit, I also lost everything


And I got the impression that this was done on purpose for a reason..Who has no endurance and patience

Usually it just takes patience.
Support usually works fast. Just remember to be polite, it's just a random person on the other line who got nothing to do with your problem..... just trying to solve it for you

I didn't pass verification at 888 either, by the way. I sent them scans of my passport, scans of my foreign passport, scans of my passport with me in one photo, utility bills, bank statements. And their support replied to me: "you are almost finished verification, just a little bit left, upload your passport data again". In the end, after a long conversation, I realized that 888 is not the poker room for me.

Honestly, I have to admit that PokerStars support is much better than 888 support. No matter how skeptical I am about PokerStars, but I solved the problem today, compared to 888.
