pokerstars withdrawal refused

A couple of days ago I submitted a withdrawal request from pokerstars by interac and it arrived in my email , i tried to remember the password that I haved put and missed all my attempt . it locked my money and now I dont know where it is and if i am goign to be able to find it again , do you have any ideas?

I'd write an e-mail . You should be able to recover any account by ID confirmation

you just need to recover your password from your PokerStars account and it's still very easy if you have an email at hand and you can open it, PokerStars always does it very quickly and rarely prohibits it. I haven't even heard that at all, you just entered your password several times incorrectly after which they thought it was someone else and froze the account that's fine just provide them with your identity and everything will be fine
