no deposits in the last year before this, no p2p, mostly from freerolls (also played some cash and spin&go-s).How did u accumulate the "rest"? Freeroll winnings? P2ptransfers? Deposits?
i waited that 72hoursI seem to remember that when you deposit there (via skrill) you can only withdraw like 72 hours later (or whatever that limit was) ...
And this ^ was like 3 years ago ...
tf is thisthen you have not won back your deposit
that does not sound right at allor you must first withdraw the amount you deposited and then try the rest
there are threads about withdrawal, people just suggest some methods but nobody knows exactlyif this does not work, you will need to change the withdrawal method
As far as im aware u are a pure freeroller and never ever produce any rake. U cant just use their site as a transfer tool so why are u surprised?Pokerstars is getting annoying, I tried to withdraw recently, but security sent me an email saying that money transferred by another player can only be used in games in the room.
I tried to argue with them saying that not all of my account balance comes from transfers, most of the amount I earned in tournaments, but they haven't responded to me so far, so I left it aside, since I'm no longer playing there.

I will satisfy your curiosity, even though I know that I am not obliged to do so, but I have nothing to hide.As far as im aware u are a pure freeroller and never ever produce any rake. U cant just use their site as a transfer tool so why are u surprised?
Which leads me to this question: why did u even need transfers from other players on stars if u did not plan to play anyway? Transfer of freeroll winnings of "friends" or "partners"?
U can be totally honest 😉
No idea if it's the same now but way back when I made a large withdrawl I had the same issue only being able to withdraw what I had deposited, I then had to verify my details to get the rest, if I remember correctly the process took around a week.Wanted to cash out -> made a min deposit with Skrill -> try to cash out = cashier shows i can only withdraw the amount i deposited...
how to get the rest? suggestions please!
If it's crazy, what would happen if you won a million!Wanted to cash out -> made a min deposit with Skrill -> try to cash out = cashier shows i can only withdraw the amount i deposited...

the only "live" support i've seen mentioned in the forum is twitter/x... seems BSI would go to live support and ask them why you cant withdraw more
did you get the rest wired by stars? No idea if it's the same now but way back when I made a large withdrawl I had the same issue only being able to withdraw what I had deposited, I then had to verify my details to get the rest, if I remember correctly the process took around a week.
Was this eventually resolved? Since you made a min deposit and then tried to withdraw, presumably it was your first ever deposit, and most likely your account was then also not verified? In order to pay out winnings gambling sites need to know, who you are, so that they can check, if you were allowed to play in the first place. This is a legal requirement to make sure, that for instance minors are not gambling. The other option is, that the money in your account came from some kind of bonus, and that it was still under a wagering requirement, before it could be withdrawn.Wanted to cash out -> made a min deposit with Skrill -> try to cash out = cashier shows i can only withdraw the amount i deposited...
how to get the rest? suggestions please!
its probaly the verifiation... i haven't dealt with it yet... thanks for remindingWas this eventually resolved?
I agree, you just need to play for real money for a while. How did u accumulate the "rest"? Freeroll winnings? P2ptransfers? Deposits?
Looks like u have to playthrough the amount first before they let u withdraw it. They did the same to me when i received a p2p that was over a few hundred dollars or when i deposited similar amounts.
Smaller amounts they dont seem to care.
So play!
