PokerStars acc frozen with funds

Hi there everyone

I’m new here, not sure where to turn so figured I may be able to get help here! I have had a pokerstars account for a couple of months, generally lost on it, the last week or so managed to spin my luck around and win a decent amount of money. The account is fully verified when I opened it etc, which took maybe an hour or so to do

Trouble is I currently have around 550 pounds sat in there and when I try log in it says my account is frozen. I used the take a break feature for 7 days on Friday due to the 48 hour wait to cash out (I didn’t want to spend the money back) but I thought I would be able to log in and withdraw now upon logging in my account says it’s frozen.

I’ve emailed support through their website and through my own email, and tried Twitter, but I am just getting no response at all about what to do. I just want my money out, and by the look of it on Twitter/online loads of people have the same issue and they are selectively responding to people. Does anyone have any idea what I should do next please or any way to speed this up?

Sometimes they do take little longer in response , but your problem will be solved. It happened to me few times long time before and they did solve it . So I would advise you to send them an email saying how much you appreciate their mode of working. Actuallly it worked for me in praising their work even when I was having trouble with my account. They solved the problem and thanks for me for my appriciation.

Contact them from inside the client. There normally is a live chat feature at bottom when you fill out details but it seems they have too many queries as I did not see one only a send button.
