Poker stars withdrawals

Tuesday night I requested a poker stars withdrawal. I always deposit using the same two debit cards, and my withdrawal requests are always back to those cards. Usually it takes 2 or 3 hours tops. I play poker AND casino on poker stars so I use the site a lot. Today is Thursday afternoon 65 hours later and still no $$$ in my account. Emails to their payout dept. yield nothing but stories about trouble with their “payout vendors.” And some stuff about 72 hours. Plus their story changes with each email response. I find nothing on the web about their alleged “problem,” and I’m wondering if this is about me, or others have the same issue.

I had a problem similar to yours, but it wasn't their mistake, as it had already been done but I was looking at the wrong account, weeks after I came to realize this... lol

Thank you Margo 17, but I assure you that the withdrawal is still PENDING on the PS App so something is very wrong.

I've been with pokerstars for two decades and have never had any problem with them.

That is what is so strange about this one. And I can’t get a str8 answer from them. Its like a twilight zone deal, and its a measly $700.00 to boot. Well their 72 hours is up at midnight and if they are still holding the money I will plaster my email chain with them on every poker forum I can find. Maybe that will get their attention.

i don´t use stars anymore but i had a withdrawa request at day 13 at 888 and they didn´t pay me out yet, since i changed bank account even send them the bank statment and nothing, good luck for u.

I spent two weeks with a pending withdrawal recently, because I had made two withdrawals from different accounts of mine via pix, they contacted me and it was resolved quickly. I think the same will happen to you...

I use the skrill payment system and usually the money is credited to my account within one hour. I withdrew money 3 days ago and the process took no more than an hour.
