Poker Stars in Russia : money transfer difficulties

Hello colleagues!
I play at pokerstars in Russia. At the moment there is a problem with the withdrawal of money.
poker stars only offers skrill or neteller for this, but these payment systems are useless in Russia. often there are situations when money simply disappears during transfers.
It was very convenient to use Qiwi wallet, transfers came quickly and clearly. Withdrawing money from Poker Stars to QIWI is also not available. When will this issue be resolved? Write if anyone has reliable information about this.

I think Russia has overall problems now? I have been trying to withdraw money from Russian site Pokerdom for awhile and they have to decline Skrill withdrawals due to "technical issues"
