Today, I registered to MyNeosurf.

I wanted to upgrade my account by sending my document.

So I tried to find a way to reach support but : no live support, no email support.

Did any of you get the same problem when sending documents?

Did any of you had a successful deposit/withdraw to/from any poker room by using MyNeosurf?

After 2-3 month, my account isn't verified yet.
Support doesn't answer my email.I'm not sure that we can trust this website..
Who use it?

Plenty of negative feedback and reviews of them. A number of them similar to you situation. I would stay clear of them.

For any site I check reviews it is simple just put the site name in google and add scam to end of it and search. Sites like scamadviser and trustpilot will come up with their reviews or customer's reviews.
