Ladbrokes Cash-out

So, about 1 week ago ive made my deposit on labrokes and started to play, and the same day ive made a cashout request via skrill.
The 2nd day after, theyve asked me to send the ID and other documents that they needed to verify my account, which is normal, like on other sites, BUT, 5 days are gonne now, and they didnt send me even an email, not to mention the money.
Ive contacted they support team, and they say all the time that i should wait till theyre verifacation team will send me an e-mail.
Btw, thats the 1st time this happens to me, all that waiting, in a poker site, and let me tell u, ive cashout on about all the poker sites available and it there werent problems. And i still think wtf is happening, i mean thats Ladbrokes, its suppose to be one of more fast and secure sites of poker and casino.
If anyone else plays one ladbrokes and have probably same dificulties please tell me, maybe im not the only one. Cheers

Ive never had problems on ladborkes making withdrawals, only problem is Casino free offers. Give you free 10euro to play then when the free 10euro is gone they take it ou of your own account.

Whereas if you didnt have a credit balance it would come out of the free money

I have request a widhdraw via neteller from ladbrokes; they never asked me for ID verification and withdrawal always take 6 hours exactly.
Yesterday, i have asked for widhdraw and 24 hours later nothing in my account, i have contact live chat and they told me to wait 48 hours ....
This is really inacceptable from a well known bookmaker like ladbrokes !

i have received my cash out 36 hours after requesting, but without requesting for documents and i have understarnd that delay is caused by the improvements on cashier design and facilities that they have done in march 2014

Ladbrokes is a dependable room. I made cashout about 2 weeks ago without any problem. Verification lasts longer cos summer holidays I guess.

YES, i said that now they do pay quick and without any trouble, but on the first week they do tempt to be kinda silly
