I too have tried to figure out how to deposit. And it seems impossible.

In Norway you either need the cash or Vipps or a simple bank transfer to pay someone to do a p2p transfer on the client, GG or Stars at least.
And since I am mentioning it, I need $ on GG any one?
If post is outside rules inform me and I will delete post ASAP
