Blackchip Poker - Problem wirh withdrawal

Hi,

Can anybody help? They cancel all my requests but all my documents (ID Verification, proof of adress…) were approved from them!

So I dont know what to do! I wrote them but no answer till now.

Please can anybody help?

Have you deposited and withdrawn from the site before?

The two most common reasons they deny withdrawal requests are because you haven't made a deposit yet and another one of the most common reasons is you're trying to withdraw to a method that isn't approved or hasn't been linked to your account yet.


I'm sure WPT support will get back to you soon, I've always found them really helpful.

Get in touch through all available means, at some point they will respond. Check the terms and conditions to see if everything you did does not affect their withdrawal policy

I did everything you mentioned and yes I tool the same method (Luxon) to deposit and for the withdrawal! I sent them that I dont understand the cancellation bec all is proofed in the cashier section.

After my mail they cancelled all options to withdraw. See the file attached. Did you see something like that?

the only suggestion is to text them 100 times a day

I will give you good advice, but wait a week, maybe everything will be fine!

document verification can take one month, this is the maximum period

however, they had an obligation to answer and explain to you

Deposits for sure and how much aswell but if you want to withdraw then it starts to be a nightmare!

don't sneak into unpopular poker sites because I don't know any famous pros who play blackchip
play GG,888,pokerstars and there is no problems

write to me in private, what have you done that is not allowed, because otherwise you would be fine, I suspect that you have contaminated yourself with something illegal while playing blackchip
and tell me how much money it is

all poker links basically have the same terms of use, but there may be slight differences - try them, remember what you did wrong

I will give you a good tip before you start playing seriously on an online poker site, check it out first
for example, make a deposit of $20 and try to withdraw the money after a week - if everything works, then ok
