The $8 welcome bonus sounds absolutely fine, the deposit bonuses are also good, basically the tournaments and the layout of the App are fine too. I just don't understand how they can survive on such support. My stupidity is that I misspelled my date of birth for 2 days, but for 2 weeks 3 days they return an automatic email to confirm my profile in response to the email asking for their help. to correct the error. Who wants to play so that they can only deposit money but not withdraw money? Does anyone have any idea what to do with this problem? I am thinking about changing the data without support.
(I'm still staying at pokerstars, it's fixed, but $1,400 is $1,400... plus there's anything there, support responds almost instantly, you don't have to wait 72 hours for the automatic message...)
