Hi there! First post here =)
On May 1st I have deposited $200,xx (R$1118,00) at 888 using PIX (a ultra modern wire transfer method we have here in brazil. (instant and unreversable). Payment is processed by a company called Paybrokers, who works with the majority of gambling websites here.
The problem: Deposit has 'never' reached my 888 account. I did everything: Contacted live chat (HORRIBLE), post a thread on reddit (EVEN WORST), and also contacted three 888 brazilians ambassadors. I also contacted Paybrokers a couple times and finally, after threating them (as I cannot threat 888 from here) my problem was solved.
You might say "Oh, so that was Paybrokers fault", but I don't think so, I really don't know who solved my problem, because in parallel threating I emailed 888 support (the only support that works (at least a little)).
So I hope Google index this topic so other Brazilians can be aware of my problem.
To be honest, I have deposited using PIX a few times (maybe 5-6), so I am not (really) blaming) 888 or Paybrokers, but they support
